Laura is from Baton Rouge, LA where she graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy. Laura attended Louisiana State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Laura received her Juris Doctor and a Degree in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU. While in law school, Laura served as a Senior Editor for the Journal of Energy Law and Resources, was the winner of the Robert Lee Tullis Moot Court Competition, and received a CALI Award in International Criminal Law.
Laura joined Laperouse Patin, LLC in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Laura practiced mainly in the areas of insurance defense and personal injury litigation. Laura volunteers her time with the Junior League of Baton Rouge as well as an Alumnae Advisor for Delta Zeta Sorority Sigma Chapter.
