David has nearly two decades of experience in representing and consulting clients in a diverse range of complex legal matters with a focus on construction, contracts and commercial claims, disputes, transactions, as well as insurance casualty and coverage litigation.   David has successfully represented clients in federal and state court at all stages of litigation, mediation and arbitration- from claim inception, through trial and appeal.  David integrates with clients as disputes materialize real-time to identify risks, preserve rights, build claims, and develop focused, frontend litigation strategies to achieve positive outcomes for his clients.  David has represented general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals, project owners, sureties, homeowners, businesses and individuals as claimants, defendants and transactional parties, in areas that include, but are not limited to:

David is a Baton Rouge native who graduated from Catholic High School in 1996.  Prior to obtaining his undergrad degree from LSU in 2000, David served in the United State Marine Corps Reserve.  David earned his Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU in 2004.  During law school, David served as a member of the Louisiana Law Review.
